Growth & Performance Marketer (Mobile Apps)
We're looking for a hands-on marketer to help grow a mobile app from traction to scale. This role is focused on user acquisition, retention, and building real communities around the product — not just running campaigns, but shaping growth strategy end-to-end.

What you'll do
- •Driving installs and revenue growth for an App Store / Google Play app
- •Running and optimizing Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads
- •Executing Reddit marketing strategies (organic + community-led growth)
- •Managing and growing company social media presence
- •Building and nurturing an engaged user community
- •Testing, iterating, and scaling acquisition channels based on data
- •Collaborating on positioning, messaging, and campaign strategy
What we're looking for
- •Proven success marketing at least one mobile app (App Store / Google Play)
- •Strong experience with paid acquisition (Google Ads + Meta Ads)
- •Practical understanding of Reddit as a growth channel
- •Experience managing social media accounts for a product or company
- •Data-driven mindset — comfortable analyzing funnels, cohorts, and conversion metrics
- •Strategic thinking with strong execution ability
- •Able to work independently and take full ownership of outcomes
- •Fluent English (written and spoken)
- •Proficiency with AI tools for marketing and growth workflows
- •Ability to integrate AI into daily execution for speed, testing, and optimization
Nice to have
- •Growth hacking experience and rapid experimentation mindset
- •Background or interest in photography/videography
- •Graphic design or video editing skills
